What happens next
- Walk the rooms. Send a showing request and we’ll arrange a private tour of the Sanctuary and the Annex, usually replying within one business day.
- Get a firm quote. Rental depends on the day of the week, the season, the length of hire and your bar package, so we quote a firm figure once we know your date.
- Hold your date. A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit reserve it. Anything we haven’t covered, ask us on the third tab.
